Check out the following online tutorials to learn to build and run experiments. We start with the most basic implementation of a few standard psychophysical paradigms, and then elaborate from there:
Orientation Discrimination Task:
- Basic task (Staircase, 2AFC)
- Effect of size and spatial frequency (Trial Design)
- Temporal masking (ISI in Timeline)
- Spatial and temporal contextual effects (SOA in Timeline, Transparency Blending)
- 1st-order drifting stimulus (Time-Varying Parameters, Dynamic Composing)
Stimuli Examples:
- Filtered Noise (Custom Stimulus)
After completing these few lessons, you will be able to create many new or standard psychophysical experiments using Psykinematix. Your imagination will be your only limit !
