Fixation point task example

Postby alexwade » Fri Jul 13, 2012 11:20 am

Could you post an example of an experiment that uses a free-running fixation point change task. We think we have generated a stimulus with this task (using [FIXPROB] etc to set the probability of a fixation change and then embedding the stimulus in a Yes/No procedure with YES correlated with FIXCHANGED. The stim runs, the fixation point changes but we don't seem to be able to see the reaction time data (or collect multiple reaction times for that matter). Ideally, we'd have a log of each change event with a corresponding record of whether the subject detected it. Is this possible?
thanks
